Jan. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Hungary’s media and telecommunications authority has invited four bidders to take part in the next phase of a mobile frequency tender, the watchdog said.
The authority, known as NMHH, accepted the bids submitted by Magyar Telekom Nyrt., Telenor Magyarorszag Zrt., Vodafone Magyarorszag Zrt., and a consortium consisting of Magyar Posta Zrt., Magyar Villamosmuvek Zrt. and Magyar Fejlesztesi Bank Zrt., the NMHH said in an e-mailed statement today.
The bidding process will start on Jan. 5, according to the statement.
