Dec. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals Ltd., a unit of India’s largest energy explorer, offered to sell naphtha, jet fuel and gasoil for February loading from New Mangalore, according to a document sent to potential buyers today.

Oil & Natural Gas Corp., the country’s largest oil explorer, owns about 72 percent of Mangalore Refinery.
