Dec. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies had unusual moves in Thailand trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of the 4:30 p.m. close in Bangkok.
The SET Index fell 0.19 point to 1,028.19.
Electricity Generating Pcl (EGCO TB), a power producer, fell 0.3 percent to 96.25, its lowest close in more than a week. The stock was downgraded to “hold” by Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) Pcl, which cited the limited scope for further price gains.
Khon Kaen Sugar Industry Pcl (KSL TB) rose 0.8 percent to 13.1 baht, its biggest gain in a week. The company said annual net income jumped more than 11-fold to 1.9 billion baht ($60 million).
Property Perfect Pcl (PF TB), a property developer, increased 1.5 percent to 0.69 baht, the sharpest gain in more than a week. The company offered to buy the shares it doesn’t own in We Retail Pcl at 1.14 baht apiece.
