Raspadskaya Halts Coal Production in Kemerovo After Earthquake

Dec. 28 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Raspadksaya, a Russian coal producer, said halted production at its mines in the Kemerovo region of Siberia while emergency officials inspect for damage after a 6.7 magnitude earthquake hit the Tuva region late.

Evraz Plc’s mining unit in Siberia did the same, RIA Novosti reported, citing an unidentified company official.
