Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. retail-beef prices rose to a record $4.504 a pound in November, up from $4.496 a pound in October, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said today in a report on its website.
The price was up from $4.109 a year earlier, the USDA’s Economic Research Service said. The price is a composite that includes choice beef and other beef and hamburger values.
