IMF Increase Faces U.S., Emerging Market Skepticism, Welt Says

Dec. 16 (Bloomberg) -- A plan to boost the International Monetary Fund’s resources to help finance euro zone nations faces skepticism from countries such as the U.S., Brazil, China and Japan, Die Welt reported, without saying where it got the information.

Russia plans to provide $10 billion to the IMF, the newspaper said.
