Nov. 23 (Bloomberg) -- The Turkish lira weakened against the dollar after the central bank kept its benchmark one-week repo rate unchanged at 5.75 percent.
The lira fell 0.7 percent to 1.8647 per dollar at 2:03 p.m. in Istanbul. It was about 1.8620 before the bank announced its decision. Yields on the two-year benchmark bond increased 9 basis points, or 0.09 percentage point, to 10.61 percent, according to the Turk Ekonomi Bankasi AS index.
