Nov. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Luxembourg’s Jean-Claude Juncker, who leads the group of euro-area finance ministers, said the success of the region’s rescue fund doesn’t depend on outside funding.
“We have two options” for leveraging the capacity of the European Financial Stability Facility “and only one of them foresees the participation of others,” Juncker said today in Brussels after leading a ministerial meeting. “We think we can also manage without the help of third countries.”
