South Korea’s Current-Account Surplus Widens to $3.1 Billion

Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- South Korea’s current-account surplus widened to $3.1 billion last month from a revised $292.6 million in August, the Bank of Korea said in a statement in Seoul today. The trade surplus in goods rose to $2.37 billion from a revised $371.5 million in August, according to the statement.
