Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Leaders of France, Germany, Italy and Spain, along with European Union authorities, will meet in Cannes, France, to discuss the euro-area debt crisis tomorrow morning before a Group of 20 summit opens, according to two officials from G-20 countries.
