Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- MetLife Inc., the largest U.S. life insurer, provided $725 million in financing for two New York office buildings as the company increases the use of private transactions to boost portfolio yields.
The total includes $350 million for the Bertelsmann Building on Broadway and $375 million for a Boston Properties Inc. tower on Lexington Avenue, the New York-based insurer said today in a statement distributed by Business Wire.
