Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- United Urban Investment Corp. will buy a building in Japan’s Kanagawa prefecture, near Tokyo, for 2.6 billion yen ($34 million). The Japanese real-estate investment trust will also acquire a building in Tokyo for 410 million yen, according to a statement to the Tokyo Stock Exchange today.
