Commerce Secretary Bryson Leaves Disney Board After Swearing-In

Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Walt Disney Co. board member John Bryson resigned on Oct. 31, the day he was sworn in as President Barack Obama’s commerce secretary.

Bryson had been on a leave of absence since being nominated, Burbank, California-based Disney said today in a regulatory filing.
