Oct. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Libya’s acting prime minister, Mahmoud Jibril, said he will resign tomorrow after the liberation of the North African country is declared.
The interim National Transitional Council “should keep running until a new government is formed,” he said in an interview today at the World Economic Forum in Jordan. “We cannot leave a vacuum.”
