Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- The ruble gained 0.3 percent to 31.4499 against the dollar by 10:05 a.m. in Moscow, heading for its strongest closing level since Sept. 20. The Russian currency rose for a fourth day, adding 0.4 percent to 42.8601 versus the euro.
