Thailand Flood Death Toll Rises to 281; 26 Provinces Inundated

Oct. 12 (Bloomberg) -- At least 281 people have been killed in Thailand as a result of floods that have hit the country since July 25, the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation said on its website. About 26 of Thailand’s 77 provinces are still affected by the flooding, the agency said.
