Alitalia to Start Rome-Tripoli Flights Starting on Nov. 2

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- Alitalia SpA will operate five flights a week from Rome to Tripoli starting on Nov. 2, the Italian carrier said in a statement given to reporters in the Libyan capital today. The company is considering twice daily flights to Tripoli and direct flights to the eastern city of Benghazi, according to the statement.
