China First-Half Current Account Surplus $87.8 Billion

Sept. 30 (Bloomberg) -- China’s second-quarter current account surplus was $59 billion, according to revised figures in a statement posted on the State Administration of Foreign Exchange’s website today. Current account surplus for the first half was $87.8 billion, the statement said.

Capital and financial account surplus in the first half was $183.9 billion, according to the statement.
