German Stocks Jump; BASF, Bayer, Henkel, Deutsche Lufthansa Rise

Sept. 6 (Bloomberg) -- German stocks jumped, with the benchmark DAX Index rallying 1 percent to 5,298.42 at 10:13 a.m. in Frankfurt.

BASF SE jumped 2.1 percent to 45.40 euros and Bayer AG increased 2.3 percent to 41.75 euros. Henkel AG advanced 1.9 percent to 38.27 euros.

Commerzbank AG slid 1.3 percent to 1.79 euros, its fourth day of losses.
