July 13 (Bloomberg) -- Cell C (Pty) Ltd., a South African mobile-phone company, said Chief Executive Officer Lars P. Reichelt will leave the company today for personal reasons.

He will be replaced by Chairman Simon Duffy until a replacement is appointed, Johannesburg-based Cell C said an e- mailed statement today.
