"It's very difficult to buy relationships. A wine company couldn't jump in and catch up with all that I've done in the last six years. They can't buy ads on Facebook and Twitter to offset the genuine bonds I've created. It's so much easier to buy a million-dollar ad campaign than it is to go hand-hold one by one. ... Most businesses don't want to do that."
