"A Dream Team Of Drugs And Diagnosis" (Science & Technology, Oct. 1, 2007, Print Edition)

The photo caption in "A dream team of drugs and diagnosis?" (Science & Technology, Oct. 1) incorrectly stated that Genentech (DNA ) offered $75 a share for Ventana (VMSI ). It is Roche (RMMBY ) that made the offer.


"Nestlé's Next Cook" (The Business Week, Oct. 1, 2007)

"Nestlé's Next Cook" (The Business Week, Oct. 1) noted that two Swiss newspapers had reported on Sept. 16 that Paul Polman would be appointed the new CEO of Nestlé. In fact, the company on Sept. 20 named Paul Bulcke to the post.
