EmTech 2009

Posted by: Jessie Scanlon on September 23, 2009

I spent the morning at EmTech — the annual conference put on by MIT Technology Review editor-in-chief Jason Pontin and his team. I’ll be posting about the innovative ideas and exciting new technologies discussed — and in some cases demo-ed — by speakers such as Steve Perlman (of QuickTime and WebTV fame), Facebook VP of engineering Mike Schroepfer, and Ideo co-founder Bill Moggridge. There are presenters(full list here) from well-known companies such as Mozilla, Google, Yahoo, and GE, but also from promising start-ups and young researchers. Stay tuned!
