Joseph K. Doss
Joseph K. Doss has served as president and CEO of the International Bottled Water Assn. (IBWA) in Alexandria, Va., since 1999. IBWA represents bottled water manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers in the U.S. and throughout the world. Doss was also senior vice-president and director of public affairs for the Consumer Healthcare Products Assn. He has a B.A. in government from the College of William & Mary and a J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. He has completed an executive management course at the Center for Creative Leadership. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Food & Drug Law Institute (FDLI). Back to the Debate Room.
