Al Senia is editor of America's Network magazine, a telecom trade journal in North America, and a contributing editor for Telecom Asia (Hong Kong), Wireless Asia (Hong Kong) and TelecomsEurope.
Before joining Questex, he spent 14 years as a top editor with CMP Media, including a stint as West Coast Bureau Chief for Computer Reseller News, a high-tech industry weekly newspaper, during the height of the Internet boom.
He has worked as a special correspondent in California and Arizona for The Washington Post, Newsday and The International Herald-Tribune, filing hundreds of articles about topical news events. Senia also directed editorial staffs for daily and weekly newspapers, Web sites and magazines. His writing and reporting as a regional correspondent covering the California energy crisis for Primedia's Utility Business magazine gained him a finalist nomination for the prestigious 2001 Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Writing Award.
