Martin Keohan is managing editor of BusinessWeek.com. He joined the Web site in 2003, serving first as content director and then as director of editorial operations.
As managing editor, Keohan oversees the daily development and publication of content to BW.com. He also serves as editorial liaison to the BW technology, advertising, ad operations, product development, multimedia, copy desk, and business development teams. During his three-year tenure he has played a critical role in the growth of the site, first overseeing BW.com's relationships with portal partners and then helping to launch the Innovation & Design, Autos, and Companies channels.
Prior to his role with BusinessWeek.com, Keohan served as editorial director for BusinessWeek Events, where he created the BW50 Forum, McGraw-Hill Homeland Security Summit, and the CEO Summit Series in partnership with BW's Best B-Schools. Before joining BusinessWeek,he was the founding editorial director of Forbes magazine's Management Conference Group and director of special projects at The Atlantic Monthly.
Keohan earned his bachelor of arts in journalism at Boston University, where he also received a master of science in international relations.
