The Fragmented World of Android

One big advantage Apple’s (AAPL) iOS has, at least as far as app developers are concerned: It comes in only a few screen sizes. If you’re coding a game for an iPhone, for example, it’s not much of a hassle to tweak it for iPads, too.

As for Android devices, which come in hundreds of different shapes and sizes (and may be running older versions of the operating system), it’s a different story:
