Grain futures down, livestock prices rise

CHICAGO Grains futures traded lower Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for May delivery fell 21 cents to $7.5875 a bushelMay corn fell 4.50 cents to $7.01 a bushelMay oats were down 8 cents to $3.67 a bushelwhile soybeans for May delivery dropped 33 cents to $13.49 a bushel. Beef and pork traded higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. April live cattle gained 2.72 cents to $1.1752 a poundApril feeder cattle added 1.37 cent to $1.3452 a poundApril lean hogs rose 0.63 cent to 89.75 cents a poundwhile March pork bellies added 0.50 cent to $1.1700 a pound.
