Carnival fell $.37 or 1.0 percent, to $34.99.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. rose $1.63 or 3.3 percent, to $50.73.

MGM Resorts International rose $.05 or .4 percent, to $12.42.

Marriott International Inc. rose $.33 or .8 percent, to $39.49.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. fell $.10 or .3 percent, to $33.73.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. rose $.83 or 1.4 percent, to $60.05.

Wynn Resorts rose $1.81 or 1.6 percent, to $117.34.
