Fluor fell $.29 or .4 percent, to $65.25.

Foster Wheeler rose $.16 or .6 percent, to $26.59.

Quanta Services Inc. rose $.36 or 1.3 percent, to $28.53.

Shaw Group rose $.13 or .3 percent, to $47.82.
