NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on Nasdaq at the close of trading:

Blue Wolf Mongolia : Approximately 400 shares changed hands, a 97.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.03 or .3 percent to $9.91.

Herzfeld Caribbean Basin Fund : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 99.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.07 or .8 percent to $8.25.

IF Bancorp Inc. : Approximately 200 shares changed hands, a 97.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.06 or .4 percent to $14.30.

Louisiana Bancorp : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 97.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.06 or .3 percent to $17.48.

OBA Fincl Svcs : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 98.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.04 or .2 percent to $18.06.
