BP PLC fell $.12 or .3 percent, to $43.28.

Chevron fell $.50 or .5 percent, to $109.25.

ConocoPhillips fell $.46 or .8 percent, to $58.71.

Exxon Mobil Corp. fell $.32 or .4 percent, to $87.61.

Marathon Oil Corp. fell $.20 or .6 percent, to $31.65.
