NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Arbor Realty Trust : Approximately 25,700 shares changed hands, a 85.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.05 or 1.0 percent to $5.20.

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 26,400 shares changed hands, a 87.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.11 or .4 percent to $27.95.

Denali Fund : Approximately 400 shares changed hands, a 83.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.13 or .8 percent to $16.40.

Fortegra Financial Corp. : Approximately 1,700 shares changed hands, a 86.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.08 or .9 percent to $8.72.

MFS Special Value Trust : Approximately 2,800 shares changed hands, a 86.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $7.12.
