Aetna rose $.06 or .1 percent, to $43.46.

Cigna Corp. fell $.04 or .1 percent, to $52.05.

Coventry Health Care Inc. rose $.05 or .1 percent, to $43.68.

Humana Inc. rose $.69 or 1.1 percent, to $65.75.

UnitedHealth Group fell $.12 or .2 percent, to $53.77.

WellPoint rose $.11 or .2 percent, to $56.19.
