Barrick Gold Corp. fell $.45 or 1.3 percent, to $35.43.

Gold Fields fell $.11 or .9 percent, to $12.50.

GoldCorp. fell $.47 or 1.1 percent, to $42.92.

Newmont Mining Corp. fell $.34 or .7 percent, to $47.37.
