Aetna fell $.25 or .6 percent, to $39.47.

Cigna Corp. fell $.26 or .6 percent, to $46.76.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.09 or .2 percent, to $41.64.

Humana Inc. fell $.42 or .6 percent, to $69.98.

UnitedHealth Group fell $.59 or 1.0 percent, to $55.65.

WellPoint fell $.30 or .5 percent, to $57.77.
