CNH Global CFO resigns, Fiat exec named successor

CNH Global N.V. said Monday that its chief financial officer, Camillo Rossotto, is resigning at the end of the year to pursue other interests.

The agricultural and construction equipment company said that Pablo Di Si will become chief financial officer on Jan. 1. The executive is currently the chief financial officer and head of business development for CNH's sister company Fiat Automobiles Latin America.

CNH Global is based in the Netherlands but it trades on the New York Stock Exchange. It is a majority-owned subsidiary of Italian company Fiat Industrial S.p.A.

Shares fell 13 cents to close at $42.85 and increased 7 cents after hours to $42.92.
