NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top managed care companies were down at the close of trading:

Aetna fell $.80 or 2.1 percent, to $38.20.

Cigna Corp. fell $.14 or .3 percent, to $45.99.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.27 or .6 percent, to $41.41.

Humana Inc. fell $2.13 or 2.9 percent, to $70.10.

UnitedHealth Group fell $1.14 or 2.1 percent, to $53.74.

WellPoint fell $.84 or 1.4 percent, to $59.45.
