VALUE-ADDED ANGEL
Invests $50,000 to $250,000 per deal; is eager to expand the business and often becomes involved with the company for short periods

SUPER ANGEL
Invests $100,000-plus per deal; usually a cashed-out CEO who has already built and sold a company; puts great emphasis on deal structure; invests only in what he or she knows
