Tennis Camp Tips

-- Build up your calluses by playing regularly before you go. If you haven't been playing lately, you'll get blisters on your hands and feet by the end of the first day.

-- Leave your ego at home. Good teaching pros can dissect the games of even excellent players. Listen, without getting defensive, and you'll learn.

-- Bring plenty of shirts, hats, wristbands, and sun block. Especially in Florida, the heat and humidity can be brutal. Drink more water than you think you need.

-- Schedule matches with your regular partners for right after your return home. You'll want to practice--and show off--the shots you learned.
