Chip foundry giant TSMC bought 30% of Acer's struggling DRAM unit in June and will use capacity for contract manufacturing

VANGUARD AND MITSUBISHI
The TSMC subsidiary will buy 11% of a memory unit from Mitsubishi and will make DRAMs for the Japanese company
