Ex-EPA's Whitman on Proposed Carbon Emissions Rules Play

July 29 (Bloomberg) -- Christine Todd Whitman, former head of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and former governor of New Jersey, talks about President Barack Obama's proposal to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 30 percent by 2030. The EPA is conducting public hearings on the proposal this week. Whitman is co-chair of the Clean and Safe Energy Coalition that supports the use of nuclear energy.
