July 9 (Bloomberg) -- Federal Emergency Management Agency administrator Craig Fugate, Gil Kerlikowske, commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and Thomas Winkowski, a U.S. immigration and customs enforcement deputy assistant secretary, respond to questions from the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs about challenges at the southern border and the rise in illegal child immigrants.
