Senior Takes Life Slow in Fastest Growing Community Play

June 27 (Bloomberg) -- Jerry Conkle, a resident of The Villages, Florida, talks with Bloomberg's Toluse Olorunnipa about life in the world’s largest retirement community. The Villages is the fastest-growing metropolitan area in the U.S. The population, primarily retirees older than 55, has more than quadrupled since 2000, U.S. census data show. Conkle, 77, moved to The Villages 20 years ago after working four decades as a General Motors Co. machine repairman in Muncie, Indiana. (Source: Bloomberg)
