NTSB News Conference on Cause of Asiana Air Crash Play

June 24 (Bloomberg) -- Christopher Hart, acting chairman of the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, talks about the agency's recommendations about the cause of an Asiana Airlines Inc. jet that crashed in San Francisco last July, killing three people. The NTSB concluded pilot error, inadequate training in manual landings and confusion about the Boeing 777-200ER's automated controls contributed to the crash. (Source: Bloomberg)
