Detroit Debt Vote Options `Devastating': Retiree Play

May 22 (Bloomberg) -- Roderick Veil, a retired Detroit bus system supervisor, talks with Bloomberg's Chris Christoff about a pending vote on Emergency Manager Kevyn Orr’s plan to settle the city's record $18 billion bankruptcy.
