GM to Pay $35M Fine in Ignition Switch Recall Probe Play

May 16 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg’s Erik Schatzker and Julie Hyman report that General Motors will pay a $35 million fine to the U.S. Justice Department as part of an investigation into how the automaker handled the recall of 2.59 vehicles with faulty ignition switches.
