March 11 (Bloomberg) -- Leland Miller, president of China Beige Book International, which carries out a quarterly survey of the nation's economy, talks about the country's growth outlook, credit market, and government policies. Shanghai Chaori Solar Energy Science & Technology Co., a solar-cell maker, said March 7 it wasn't able to make an interest payment due that day in full, providing the first default in China's onshore bond market.
