Obama Says Minimum Wage Hike `Good for Business' Play

March 5 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. President Barack Obama presses Congress again to raise the federal minimum wage to $10.10 from $7.25 in a speech at Central Connecticut University in New Britain. The president said the success of companies that are paying lower-level employees more than the minimum wage stands as a rebuttal to arguments that raising the standard would cost jobs.
