Feb. 27 (Bloomberg) -- White House Press Secretary Jay Carney speaks about President Barack Obama's plans to travel to the LBJ Presidential Library in Austin, Texas on April 10 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act. Carney, speaking at the daily White House news conference, also discusses violence in Ukraine and talks between U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, and Attorney General Eric Holder's hospitalization.
